Fees are agreed to prior to our first session. Hourly rates are for the standard 50 minute therapy hour. I request a 48 hour cancellation notification to avoid charges when not meeting.

Several sliding scale slots are available based upon financial need.

I do not bill for specific insurance, but am always happy to provide a statement to you for insurance reimbursement purposes.

Due to the pandemic, I currently offer only online telehealth and phone sessions.

____

I also offer brief coaching sessions over the phone which are scheduled for each week, one month at a time. Coaching is not psychotherapy. It is a means of supporting your priorities and focus to become more effective in various aspects of your life.
____

Please contact me by phone and let me know the best times to reach you. I schedule an initial appointment after we first speak briefly. Feel free to ask questions that you might have about this work. The best way to determine if we are a good match is to have at least one session.

As of 1/1/2022, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. This Good Faith Estimate is not intended to serve as a recommendation for treatment or a prediction that you may need to attend a specified number of psychotherapy visits. The number of visits that are appropriate in your case, and the estimated cost for those services, depends on your needs and what you agree to in consultation with your therapist. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
