Trauma
– While I work somatically to empower you; I do not do hands-on bodywork but sometimes refer clients for this type of support, especially in the case of trauma. The closer to the actual traumatic event, the better chance of your body responding quickly/positively to this type of resourcing. This can also be very valuable in addressing long ago childhood/developmental trauma. In our work together, should we venture into this territory, I may recommend this type of additional support and provide referrals.

– download a meditation timer and a great collection of guided meditations for the beginner or experienced meditator. Most are non-affiliated but there are some leaning toward most religions, if one in particular is your preference. Many are targeted for specific needs such as sleep, anxiety, morning energy, etc.
