SERVICES

Some of my areas of focus include:

• Life passages (marriage, divorce, new parenthood, graduation and entering the workforce, difficult relationships (work, family, friends), transitioning out of the workforce, starting a new endeavor, aging)
• Relationship, commitment, communication and intimacy
• Mourning the loss of a loved one
• Self Expression and Creativity
• Spirituality and Spiritual Emergency
• Postpartum depression
• Career matters
• Sexual orientation
• Forgiveness
• Purpose

In addition, I understand the challenges that may come with being in a corporate technological environment,  having previous extensive experience in the work world of technology myself.  I can support you in coping with stress, work-life balance, and work relationships.

I offer couples counseling to help enhance communication, clarify expression and deepen listening.

Therapy is ultimately about relationship...to oneself, between therapist and client, to those we love, and those with whom we have difficulty.

Together, let's be compassionately curious about you ... in relation to yourself and others. As we uncover understanding we can also identify needs and address behaviors to enrich your life.

I invite you to bring all of yourself into our sessions. We naturally strive toward greater health. It is the very thrust of life. And in this way I trust your sense of what is good for you, what is enough and what is too much, and encourage you to always share that with me as we partner in therapy.

Our work will look into how past conditioning has contributed to certain patterns to navigate life. These may have served you in the past, but may no longer be needed, dampening joy and connection. I want to know your goals. My goal is to help you deepen your relationship to yourself and those you love.
